The New Jersey Supreme Court has ruled that a Trenton man sentenced to 30 years in prison in connection with the 2011 murder of a pharmacist may withdraw his guilty plea.In a unanimous decision released Monday, the court held that Jamar Myers must be allowed to withdraw his plea after evidence from a related robbery case that was also used in the homicide case was suppressed due to an unlawful traffic stop.
