In compliance with the sentence for the right to truth handed down by Federal Judge No. 1 of Resistance, Zunilda Niremperger , the Registry of Persons of Currents produced a new death certificate of Carlos Tereszecuk, secretary of the Legislative Branch of Missions, stating that his body was rescued from the waters of the Paraná River and that it was a homicide classified as a crime of Lesa Humanidad.
In compliance with the sentence for the right to truth handed down by Federal Judge No. 1 of Resistencia Zunilda Niremperger, the Registry of the People of Corrientes produced a new death certificate for Carlos Tereszecuk, who was secretary of the Legislative Branch of Missions; it was stated that his body was rescued from the waters of the Paraná River and that it was a homicide classified as a crime of Lesa Humanidad.
