PERHAM — A milk truck that once served the Perham area in the 1950s is returning to its old stomping grounds for Pioneer Fest. Steve Comer, 65, found the old milk truck in a scrapyard in his hometown of Jamestown, North Dakota. He was there looking for a few sheets of metal for various projects he had been working on.
