A RO-Alert message was sent on Tuesday morning to the inhabitants of north Tulcea County, authorities warning of the possibility of falling objects from airspace. The population was advised to shelter themselves in cellars, shelters for civil protection or, in the absence of them, inside houses, away from windows and outside walls.
