Romanian Ministry of National Defense: 'On Wednesday, August 26, the MApN radar surveillance system detected an aerial target approximately 8 km north of Vylkove, Ukraine, near the border with Romania.A Romanian Air Force IAR-330 PUMA SOCAT helicopter was scrambled from the ground to monitor the situation.The National Military Command Center notified the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations regarding the establishment of population alert measures in the north and east of Tulcea County. An RO-Alert message was transmitted at 13:15.'
