On Tuesday, the Central Bank convened a new auction for $200 billion from the Sustainability Guarantee Fund. Banks receiving these funds will have to allocate them to first-time housing loans with terms of at least 15 years and a maximum rate of UVA+7.5%.

The BCRA reported the new parameters for the new tender. In the first one, bids were received above that amount.
