Vice President Edmand Lara said he respects the proposal of the evista wing to hold a referendum to enable a new candidacy of Evo Morales. He pointed out that the decision must be taken by the people. "When you talk about a referendum, it means that people have to go and cast their vote to see if they agree or not. And if the majority wins, then the popular will is respected," Lara said on Monday.
