- The lawsuit, obtained by The Courier Journal, accuses Henderson of secretly filming 40 people using 15 hidden cameras, with allegations that guests and family were recorded in "various stages of undress" at The Kentucky Castle.
- Oldham County Advanced Coroner David Pendleton stated that Deputy Henderson stepped away from his coroner role to take unpaid leave of absence, noting the decision occurred "before I could issue a notice of suspension."
- Kyle Henderson will assume the role of CEO while the board conducts a "full and independent investigation into the allegations," TKC Distilling announced in its statement.
- Angel's Envy has removed Henderson from its "Our Story" webpage where he was previously listed as co-founder, while Henderson faces unrelated lawsuits over business debts totaling over $1.5 million; no criminal charges have been filed.
