Kentucky Power agreed to move TeraWulf's second 500-megawatt phase at Muskie up a year, to 2029, while Oracle's 1.3-gigawatt Wisconsin campus awaits a restarted grid review that could stretch past 2028.
TeraWulf raised the contracted power to 1 GW for its Muskie campus in Kentucky, where it plans to build AI facilities and high-performance computing by stages. The company has also planned to reach 2 GW, although that goal does not yet have announced energy contracts.
