A 15-year-old schoolboy lost his hand after throwing a police grenade at him on Monday, amid protests over conditions in schools in France.
A 15-year-old student protesting against neglected schools and a lack of teaching staff in France had his hand blown off today in the northern city of Lance, after he picked up a stun grenade fired by the police during the intervention, local official Francois-Xavier Loch told reporters, reports France 24.
