A Washington County report says a loud muffler on a vehicle headed down Apache Drive in Johnson City caught the attention of a deputy. It led to the arrest of Tyrone Jackson, 40, of Bristol, Virginia, after the officer smelled marijuana and the discovery of an empty stolen handgun.
