The investigators opened a criminal investigation into the attempted murder and illegal detention of a 44-year-old woman in a multi-family house in South Sahelinsk, reporting to the press service of the SCR investigation office in the Sahara region on Tuesday.
A woman who had been held by a knife-armed man in an apartment in South Sahalinsk had been stormed out by SOBR soldiers, and before being arrested, the suspect was able to wound the victim several times and reported to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Department in the Sakhalin region.
