Global Water Resources Q2 Earnings Call Highlights
Revenue rose as Tucson Water systems and higher regulated sales offset increased depreciation and interest costs, while active connections climbed 5.8%, the company said.
Global Water Resources, Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $17.8 million, representing a 24.8% year-over-year increase driven by utility operations and strategic acquisitions.
Acquisition of seven water systems from Tucson Water in July 2025 drove growth, alongside organic connection increases and $2.1 million in infrastructure coordination and financing agreements revenue.
Net income rose $1.1 million to $2.7 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased $1.0 million to $7.9 million. "In Q2, we generated strong year-over-year growth," President and CEO Ron Fleming said.
The company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.02533 per common share, payable on August 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 17, 2026.
Construction on the State Route 347 Improvement Project began in June 2026, supporting long-term growth in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Management remains well-positioned to benefit from anticipated regional population expansion.
