Four drivers charged after separate Upper Ottawa Valley incidents

Four drivers have been charged following separate traffic incidents investigated by the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP in recent days. On Aug. 10, shortly after 4 a.m., police received reports that a tractor-trailer had entered the ditch on Highway 17 east of Deep River in Laurentian Hills Township. No injuries were reported.
