A former Hopkinsville youth pastor has been charged under the new Kentucky grooming law that took effect last month. 38-year-old Jeremiah Swaw of Cadiz was arrested Monday night by the Cadiz Police Department following an investigation that determined he had inappropriate behavior with a 16-year-old female church member.
