Celta Vigo’s LaLiga opening fixture against Osasuna has been moved after a fungal outbreak left the Estadio de Balaídos surface “unfit for football”. LaLiga, the RFEF and both clubs agreed to reschedule the match for 27 August; Osasuna have criticised the decision and say an alternative date had been agreed.
