A very rare lawsuit will be handled by the Brno judiciary. The local regional court has agreed to allow an eleven-year-old boy to file a lawsuit for the protection of his personality against his father. The boy can thus join his mother's lawsuit, both of whom are demanding 80,000 crowns and also that the court impose a ban on his father from appearing near their residence.
