An unknown vehicle hit a young man riding a bike near the Badi Dhanni Gol intersection on GT Road, under the Muratganj outpost of the Sandipanghat police station area of Kaushambi, late on Monday-Tuesday night. Police are trying to trace the driver of a van which failed to stop after a 61 year old woman was knocked off her bicycle on the A822 near Dunkeld. The collision happened at around 1.35pm on Monday 10 August at the junction between the A822 and B8063. The cyclist was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment and was later released.
