The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has made critical changes to the Turkish Food Codex Drinking Milk Regulation. With the new regulation, confusing intermediate fat percentages in drinking milk have been eliminated, and milk has been categorized into four classes. A 5% limit has been introduced for added sugar, and strict criteria have been set for the term "natural."
