Other assets identified included ₹4 lakh in cash, bank balances of ₹8.60 lakh, 680 grams of gold ornaments valued at around ₹5.85 lakh, three four-wheelers and two two-wheelers valued at approximately ₹59 lakh, and household articles and electronic gadgets worth ₹11 lakh.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau has registered a case of disproportionate assets against Tehsildar Desani Srinivas Reddy, who is working as the Divisional Administrative Officer (DAO) at the Ibrahimpatnam Revenue Divisional Office. Since early Thursday morning, searches were conducted simultaneously at 7 locations belonging to his residences, offices and relatives and it was found that he has assets beyond his known income of Rs. 6.87 crore.
