Government ShutdownESTES PARK, Colo. Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado was partially open Wednesday, as the federal government inched toward the 24-hour mark of a shutdown.Visitors were able to gain entry into the national park itself, but could not enjoy all of the visitor experiences.
