CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The intersection of Whitney Road and Dell Range Boulevard, serving traffic in rural east Cheyenne, will close for multiple weeks on Monday for water main work. Simon Contractors will close the road down in the early hours of Monday, Aug. 24 to readjust the water line running through the area.
