FBI Believed Pennsylvania Man Was Planning Attack in Support of ISIS

Federal authorities charged 20-year-old Jonathan Hunter Kramer on Monday with obtaining a firearm and ammunition to support a planned ISIS attack.
The FBI established probable cause after monitoring Kramer's online posts and social media correspondence, which investigators believed indicated his intent to support ISIS.
On Saturday, Kramer left his Valencia home and took an Uber to a Walmart in Gibsonia to obtain a rifle; agents later found a semi-automatic rifle, 30 knives, and a note in his hotel room.
The FBI and federal prosecutors will discuss the arrest at a news conference Tuesday morning in Pittsburgh, a Department of Justice spokesman said.
Prosecutors charged Kramer with receipt or transfer of a firearm knowing it would be used to commit a federal crime of terrorism, after he allegedly paid cash to stay at a Cranberry hotel.
