Upstate NY driver pulled from Lake Erie after police chase

An Upstate New York driver is accused of leading police on a chase before crashing through a barrier and landing in Lake Erie, authorities said.Lutheter Younger, 52, was charged after Village of Westfield Police Department officers spotted a vehicle stopped in the eastbound lane of East Main Street about 6:45 a.m. Friday, according to police.
