Turkey approved most FATF recommendations and retains its departure from the grey list, but the agency detected flaws in converting investigations into convictions. Ankara will have three years to deal with a backlog of more than 7,000 cases, reinforce prosecution of financial crimes and complete supervision of virtual asset service providers.
