Despite discounts of up to 80% and the possibility of payment in up to 60 interest-free installments, the digital platform has around 12,000 applications for about 90,000 encroached lands, that is, a percentage that does not even reach 13%, while many of the applications have not yet been finalized.
Applications were submitted for just 12,000 out of a total of 90,000 plots shortly before the deadline on September 11th.
