I want to share a situation I saw in Vilnius today that really shocked me. My family and I were waiting for a trolleybus on Švitrigailos Street, at the M. K. Čiurlionis stop. We had two small children with us. Suddenly, in the middle of the road, police officers stopped the driver of the Bolt. From what we saw, the officers approached him and started asking loudly in Lithuanian: "Is it nice to throw an apple?"
