The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is preparing draft regulations for the Strategic Minerals and Commodities Exchange (BMKS) with two POJKs. The aim is to ensure price transparency and natural resource management.
In line with this, the party is finalizing the OJK Regulation (POJK) to regulate the implementation of the mineral exchange which will come into effect on January 1, 2027.
