Runoff reaches downstream districts of Nan, two killed
NAN - The Interior Ministry has warned people living along the rising Nan River in this northern province to move their belongings and bedridden relatives to safe places to escape the runoff from upstream Pua district.
Floodwaters in Pua District are receding but are expected to flow towards Tha Wang Pha District and then into Nan City District. Residents in high-risk areas are warned to move belongings to higher ground, relocate vehicles, and evacuate vulnerable groups.
