The Landtag elections in Sachsenanhalt predict a new milestone for the AfD. Their survey values are 40 percent there. However, the opinion about the party is quite different across Germany. Almost half of the Germans see it as critical.
In the election in Saxony-Anhalt next week, the AfD could first reach the absolute majority. At least at the federal level, the Germans thought that this was harmful.
44 percent of Germans want to give the AfD the chance to demonstrate its government capacity. 42 percent are against it. At the same time, 22 percent declare that they would leave Germany if the AfD came to power at federal level.
According to a survey, more than one in five respondents would leave Germany if the AfD were to come to the government at federal level. This results in a new survey by the opinion research institute Insa for the "Bild am Sonntag" (Picture on Sunday).
If the AfD comes to power, many German citizens want to leave the country. A majority sees damage to Germany.
