HALSTAD, Minn. — Authorities recovered a submerged vehicle from the Red River near Halstad on Friday after a kayaker spotted the car underwater. The Norman County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the vehicle on Aug. 14, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m..
