Statkraft will invest almost half a billion kroner in new control facilities at the Vikfalli power plant in the coming years.
The ABB electrotechnical giant was commissioned by Norwegian renewable energy supplier Statkraft to upgrade the Vikfalli hydroelectric complex, 170 km northeast of Bergen, according to a press release released on Tuesday.
