Romanza-St. Augustine’s annual celebration of Celtic culture is calling it quits. The organization behind the Celtic Music & Heritage Festival as well as the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade says a lack of funding from Florida’s arts and culture grants as well as other difficulties contributed to the decision.
