Ski jumper Nika Prevc received her own statue at the end of the Gorišek brothers' ski jump, placed next to the statue of her brother Domno. Both of them set a world record in Planica, with Nika setting the women's record in March this year with a 242.5-meter long jump. An exhibition on women's ski jumping was also opened at the Nordic Center today.
A special statue was unveiled in Planica in honor of the world record holder in ski jumping. A similar statue also exists for the world record holder in ski jumping, Domen Prevc.
