In July, tens of thousands of migrants arrived from Morocco in the Spanish exclave Ceuta - most returned after that. For the remaining people, Spain's government is now setting up shelters.

Three weeks after the mass influx of migrants, the Spanish government plans to establish two "temporary reception centers" in the Spanish exclave of Ceuta. The aim is to provide accommodation for the approximately 1,800 refugees remaining there "so that they no longer have to spend their nights on the street or on the beach," the Ministry of Migration explained on Thursday.
