12-hour closure coming to Oliver hospital's emergency room

The South Okanagan General Hospital in Oliver will be closing its emergency department for 12 hours starting at 7 p.m. today, Aug. 17. Oliver and area residents are instead directed to seek emergency care from the Penticton Regional Hospital during the closure.
