- To reduce congestion on Sooke Road, organizers arranged designated parking near the fairgrounds and additional spaces farther down the road; the event operates on a pay-by-donation basis, with all proceeds funding equipment and prizes.
- Sooke Fall Fair President Lisa Nilsen said the event provides an opportunity for residents to unite around shared goals, emphasizing that such community cooperation is vital for improving the future.
