Soest May Proceed with Construction of Badger Fence, but Should Wait a Little Longer.

The municipality of Soest is allowed to proceed with the installation of a temporary badger fence for the Oude Tempel new-build project in Soesterberg. The Foundation for the Development and Preservation of Heritage Soest-Soesterberg (SOS) and several residents had asked the preliminary relief judge not to permit this work, arguing that housing construction would become "irreversible" once the fence has been installed.
