Singapore Airlines Upgrades Inflight Dining With New Dishes, Drinks, And Serviceware
Singapore Airlines said the overhaul adds more than 100 new and refreshed dishes, with premium cabins getting luxury wines and custom tableware.
Singapore Airlines introduced more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across all cabins on Tuesday, launching the SIA Chefs' Selection menu developed by its in-house and guest chefs with catering partners.
Senior Vice President Customer Experience Yeoh Phee Teik said the revamp addresses evolving dining trends and customer feedback; it forms one pillar of Singapore Airlines' broader investment in its end-to-end travel experience.
Suites, First Class, and Business Class passengers will receive meals on new custom-designed serviceware from French luxury maison Christofle, with exclusive spirits including Japan's Komoro Distillery blended whiskey and Bowmore 19 Year Old Scotch whisky.
Singapore Airlines has already begun progressively rolling out the new menu items across its fleet, with remaining beverage and tableware enhancements scheduled for introduction starting in November 2026.
Ahead of these dining updates, the carrier plans to unveil its next-generation cabin products in November, featuring all-new First Class and Business Class seats and a revamped in-flight entertainment system.
