NEURA Robotics and SECO will manufacture computer modules in Europe for cognitive robots such as the 4NE1 humanoid, in an alliance that combines German engineering, Italian manufacturing and Qualcomm processors. The agreement strengthens European industrial capabilities, but also exposes the limits of their claim to technological sovereignty and the enormous challenge of producing the necessary modules for millions of robots.
