August 20, 2026 1:30 p.m. Roseburg Police jailed a man Wednesday evening for an alleged prior theft of merchandise from a store. An RPD report said officers had received information regarding the theft of over $1,000 worth of products from the business on August 4th and had developed the 38-year-old as a suspect.
