Red Sox player Mickey Gasper's success began in Merrimack, New Hampshire

Mickey Gasper, the 30-year-old utilityman, is tearing it up this week with the Red Sox... smashing three home runs in three games. His athletic success began at Merrimack High School, where he was on the basketball team, too, playing on the 2013 team that was a runner-up, losing to Manchester Central in the state finals.
