The defences of Loïk Le Priol and Romain Bouvier, who fired at Federico Martin Aramburu, asked the Paris Assize Court on Thursday to extract themselves from the "infernal mechanics of the story" which would have made their membership of the ultra-rightful one a central element of the file.
On Thursday 24 September 2026, the defence lawyers pleaded at the trial of the murder of the former international rugby Federico Martin Aramburu in Paris on 19 March 2022. 27 and 20 years of criminal imprisonment were required against the two main accused Loïk Le Priol and Romain Bouvier. The verdict is expected on Friday 25 September.
