Palm Springs leads Coachella Valley in home sales as median prices dip to $1.13M ⋆ The Palm Springs Post

According to the latest Greater Palm Springs Realtors (GPSR) Desert Housing Report, the median price for an average-sized detached home in Palm Springs fell 5% to $1.13 million compared to the year before while attached home prices fell 6% to $419,000.  The median price of an average-sized detached home in the Coachella Valley last month was $650,000, which is level with prices compared to last year.
