Lacona, N.Y. - An Oswego County woman has been arrested after troopers say she exposed herself to students and walked into a school without a shirt.Kristy L. Grafton, 45, of Lacona, was charged Thursday with three counts of public lewdness (a misdemeanor) and two counts of disorderly conduct (a violation), according to Jennifer Jiron, a spokesperson for the State Police.
