The day after North Korea committed a provocation by launching a barrage of more than 10 short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea, state-run media once again remained silent without reporting on the matter. This marks the third time this month. As of 6:30 a.m. on the 21st, North Korean media, including the Korean Central News Agency and Rodong Sinmun, had not reported on the missiles launched the previous day.

On the 20th, North Korea launched about 10 short-range ballistic missiles from the Pyongyang area into the East Sea. South Korean military authorities are giving weight to the possibility that these are a weapon system that North Korea calls a "600mm super-large multiple rocket launcher."
