No Air Raid Siren at 12 O'clock in Several Safety Regions.

In several locations in the Netherlands, no air raid siren sounded at 12:00 on Monday. In the Gooi and Vechtstreek Safety Region, the alarm sounded two minutes later; in Flevoland, the delay was seven minutes. In the Utrecht Safety Region, which covers 26 municipalities, no alarm sounded at all.
