On Monday, the International Court of Justice (IGH) will again deal with German arms exports to Israel. Nicaragua had brought Germany to the Hague Court for aid to the genocide. According to the lawsuit, the arms exports violate the Genocide Convention, as it would be used by Israel in the attacks in the Gaza Strip. Berlin rejects the allegations as unfounded and considers that the court has no authority at all in this matter.
The case of German arms exports to Israel returns to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, following the appeal of Nicaragua, which accuses Berlin of violating its international obligations in relation to the war in the Gaza Strip.
