The son of a former Russian government official has been arrested on murder charges in Moscow after allegedly stabbing an acquaintance to death inside an apartment, law enforcement sources told the media Wednesday.
Detained on charges of murder, the son of the former Deputy Governor of Petersburg, Igor Albin Alexander Hotin, was placed in custody for two months, which was ordered by the Kuntsy District Court of Moscow and reported to the press service of the capital courts.
