- Nestle CEO Philipp Navratil said the company is "focusing our resources where we have the strongest competitive advantage," noting the mainstream business requires a different approach under dedicated ownership.
- The divested Holistic Health portfolio includes Nature's Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, Gard, Nuun, Puritan's Pride, and Sisu; the business generated $1.2 billion in sales during 2025.
- Yellow Wood Partners, a Boston-based firm, has completed six acquisitions from major consumer companies since 2019, including Unilever's Elida Beauty division and ChapStick from Haleon.
- Expected to close by the first half of 2027 pending regulatory approvals, the transaction allows Nestle to prioritize growth in its premium, science-led VMS space, including brands like Solgar.
